ALLIED PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES LLC

Deep cleaning before relatives move in or a house goes on the market is work customers have hired Allied Professional Cleaning Services to do. BBB identifies the West Brookfield business as a residential and commercial cleaner owned by Racheal Nalumansi. The company says it has seven years in business and offers recurring, deep, move-in and move-out, appliance-interior and post-construction cleaning. Google lists 4.9 stars from 30 ratings; BBB gives it an A+ grade without accreditation. In an April 2024 review, a homeowner described hiring Allied to deep-clean a three-bedroom house before their son and his family moved in. Racheal and her assistant cleaned shelves, closets, the oven and bathtub, and the customer praised their thoroughness. A September 2025 reviewer, whose account included a July 2025 notation, described Rachael and her team cleaning cabinets inside and out, kitchen appliances, floors, windows, windowsills and bathrooms. The customer also called the price reasonable. A March 2025 reviewer praised a deep clean arranged for a client’s house going on the market. Other customers described help at particular moments. A January 2025 reviewer said the team accommodated a last-minute deep clean before the holidays, arrived punctually and charged a price the customer praised. Another January 2025 account said the team removed construction dust and left every surface spotless. In September 2023, a new parent described a cleaning gifted by a friend six weeks after the birth of their first baby. The two women arrived on time and attended to small details, including wiping down a stainless steel water filter. An October 2022 customer described biweekly cleaning and dependable, punctual visits. There is also a specific complaint about incomplete cleaning. In October 2024, a customer said a $300 move-in deep clean left cabinet exteriors, bathroom walls and fixtures dirty or dusty despite the cleaners spending all day there. The customer said they removed some residue with wipes and were left with more work; the explanation they received concerned glue inside the cabinets. A November 2022 customer described two cleanings at a late aunt’s house: before moving in to empty it, and a month later while preparing it for sale. Rachel and her team arrived on time and tackled items that had gone uncleaned for a long time. That customer considered the service expensive but worth the price, which was agreed before work began.
