Simply Clean's work runs from windows to whole houses. In a 2020 Angi review, a customer said they first hired Beau Fair to clean the windows on their porch and house in 2012, then hired him and his wife, Kate, to clean the house regularly. A 2012 customer said Beau Fair and a team of two assistants arrived punctually and helped remove and store three window air conditioning units. That 2012 customer said Beau charged the exact amount he had estimated at a visit a week earlier, minus $10 for "one storm it was not possible to access for washing." A 2011 customer said Beau offered options on dates and times, and that the team arrived exactly as scheduled. A 2024 Google customer said Kelly and her team had been keeping up with their house for well over two years, and that she fit in weekly what would take the family a weekend. A recent Google customer said they left two messages and never got a call back.
Left 2 messages for this company and they never returned my calls. Why advertise in a locally owned publication and not follow up on a call. No excuse! If your to busy and no time available return the call and explain!
We have been working with Kelly and her team well over 2 years now and couldn't be happier with the service. Efficient, organized and does a really good job where others have not. We are very grateful to have her keeping up with the house especially having a busy lifestyle with 3 kids and something that would take us a weekend she fits in weekly and gets things in top shape. Really is worth the investment to be able to have more time with the kids every weekend vs. having another chore to do. Thanks Simply Clean!
We first hired Beau Fair to clean the windows on our porch and house in 2012. He was responsible, meticulous, and priced fairly. Because of this we subsequently hired him and his wonderful wife, Kate, to clean our house regularly. Again, they are responsible, lovely, and always do a meticulous job. We recommend them highly.
Beau Fair and his and quot;Simply Cleanand quot; team (two assistants) did a great job. They arrived punctually and worked with quiet efficiency and good humor. Helped us with removal and storage of three window air conditioning units and even put a winter cover back on a fourth which was not co-located with any window. Beau himself, a confident onetime roofer, did most of the high ladder work himself. Total cost exceeded my prior expectations but Beau charged us the exact amount he had estimated in a reconnaisance visit a week earlier, except that he deducted $10 for one storm it was not possible to access for washing. I call that and quot;Fairand quot; pricing. We definitely would recommend Simply Clean to others who want a great, thorough job. NOTE: Please feel free to share our ratings and comments but not our street address (other than with Simply Clean).
The cleaner's name is David Troy. They are on time and they work around our schedule. They do a fantastic job.
