Before-and-after pictures are part of what customers praise about AllStar Clean Pros' duct cleaning. A July 2026 Google reviewer said Jeremy and Dan kept them informed about schedule changes, worked neatly and completed the job quickly. Another recent customer said Jeremy's quote matched the work. The work customers describe includes air-duct and dryer-vent cleaning, along with mold remediation. In a May 2026 Google review, one customer described two men spending almost eight hours cleaning more than 26 dryer vents and ductwork. They said a dryer was nearly three-quarters blocked with lint and that no dust entered the house during cleaning. Google lists a 5-star average from 69 ratings. A June 2026 Thumbtack reviewer had called after an earlier contractor's attic mold remediation failed a test needed for a home sale. They said AllStar came the same day to inspect and quote, then worked to fit the job in quickly. The customer praised the cleanup, reported favorable mold-test results and said they received a one-year warranty certificate transferable to the new owners. Separately, a December 2024 Google reviewer described Jeremy handling a time-sensitive mold problem around the holidays and praised the response and price. Older duct-cleaning accounts also describe explanations and care around the house. In January 2025, a Google customer said Jeremy and Tom answered their questions and showed pictures before and after cleaning. An August 2024 HomeAdvisor customer said the duct and vent cleaning caused no disruption to their daily activities. There is also a detailed complaint. A September 2023 HomeAdvisor reviewer referred to the business as All Star Duct Solutions in Westfield and said it had combined with Prime Radon mitigation to become All Star Solutions. They alleged that duct cleaning scattered dust through their home and that radon work in April and May 2023 left gaps, loose tape and uncovered dirt. They said their own detector readings remained elevated, repairs were incomplete, and further visits and a warranty were refused after a discount.
