ALPHA WATERPROOFING BASEMENT

Mario was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They got the work done in one day and left the site clean. He and his team did a great job with installing a new sump pump and repairing some cracks in our foundation for us. I would use him again for any basement needs.

We couldn’t be happier with the work the guys at Alpha did for us! When we purchased our house, it had a DIY sump pump setup that definitely needed to be replaced. They came in and installed a completely new sump pump system with the discharge properly routed underground, giving us a much cleaner and more reliable setup. The crew was excellent, and walked us through several options for our basement needs. They are professional, hardworking, efficient, and respectful. They arrived at 9:00 AM and had the entire job completed by 2:30 PM! They worked nonstop and did a great job cleaning everything up when they were finished. The pricing was also very reasonable and competitive, especially considering the quality of the work and the complete system they installed. We highly recommend Alpha to anyone looking for quality basement waterproofing or sump pump work.

Mario and Dave did a phenomenal job in our basement. We had so many foundational cracks and so much water coming in, but after a sump installation and a clean waterproofing job, no signs of water. Their timing was great and the job was done neatly, I highly recommend this company.

We recently hired Alpha Basement to waterproof our basement, and we could not be happier with the experience. The day before the scheduled work, after already putting in a long, full day, they stopped by to double-check everything. While they were there, they also helped us identify a related issue we had been experiencing and determine the best solution. I truly do not have one negative thing to say about the company or the quality of their work. Everyone was professional, reasonably priced, friendly, and incredibly thorough. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Their work was exceptionally clean, and they took the time to explain everything and show us exactly what they had done. I highly recommend Alpha Basement!

Mario and his team were incredibly helpful, detail-oriented, and patient with my client as we navigated an issue with the foundation of her property. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly to provide an estimate, and once everything was approved, he and his team completed the work within just a couple of days. They did a great job, and I truly appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mario and his team!
