A 2024 reviewer left for work with an old roof and came home to a new one and a clean yard; two homeowners writing in April 2025 counted fourteen and thirteen hours of work to finish theirs in a single go.
The company works out of 241 Wildwood Ave in Worcester, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, held under the name Altitude Industries Corporation. Customers writing between 2023 and 2025 name the same two people again and again: Chet, who handles the quote and the crew, and Laura, who runs the office and answers the phone.
The written history is long — 68 reviews between 2017 and 2026 across seven sites — and it hasn't thinned out. In June 2026 the owner of a 116-year-old house had a full replacement and said the crew left the property cleaner than they found it. A March 2026 job covered all three sections of a historical condominium complex, finished on time and on budget with detailed edgework around existing structures. In February 2026 a homeowner with an active ice dam called and had a crew shoveling the roof within a couple of hours.
Slate is where the work gets interesting. And the 4.9 from 28 on Angi and the 4.9 from 28 on HomeAdvisor are one review set published twice, not two independent tallies, so Google is where the volume actually sits. Its BBB page has been accredited since December 2020 and carries an A+.
This is the shop to call for a full replacement, and particularly for slate or an older house where flashing and edgework decide the outcome. Ask what your roof will take in crew days, and get the scope and permit handling in writing under the registered name.

Altitude Roofing was simply awesome from the time of quote until finishing the job. Randy was very courteous and always responsive to all my queries. He was able to get the permit and the team on site to complete the job within few weeks as promised unlike other companies. They did an excellent job and the quote was very reasonable compared to other roofing companies. They gave a life time warranty on the roof and the crew did an excellent job from start to finish and also took care of good clean up after the job. Definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.
