John responded within 1 day. He was detained at another site but called to let us know he was running late and would be there that day. He was thorough and professional.
Great work but some phone contact issues. Needs to get a little better at phoning if he can or cannot arrive for work on a particular day . Repairs were perfectly diagnosed and completed in a reasonable time with reasonable rates.
John appeared to know what the problem was when I called him to explain the problem and he was right. He didn't arrive at my home on 1 occasion at the time we agreed on but he remained until the job was completed and didn't charge any additional cost for being at my home after 5pm. He came on the days I asked him to to be here. His business is almost an hour away from NB . The jobs he did appeared to be complete and professionally done and he explained the work he did. He appears to be honest and his rates were reasonable. He cleaned up after the jobs. I would hire him again
John came to the house to discuss the project even though it was probably "cookie cutter". He took the time to discuss it with me and answered my questions. He provided a written quote: not the lowest. On the day of the install he was a little delayed, but when he arrived he worked efficiently, quickly and very cleanly. As he worked he patiently answered additional questions I had. I found him to be honest, straightforward and professional.
Mr. Ryder came right out and fixed my toilet and sink. He was fast and professional and I would definitely use his services again. It is so nice to find a dependable and honest plumber.
