Harbor Master Plumbing & Heating, Inc.

When one household lost its water supply, a Harbor Master customer writing in June 2025 said the worker came right away and fixed the problem. The same customer had previously hired the business for outdoor work. Their account is one of several describing plumbing repairs alongside heating service. Harbor Master says it operates from Mashpee with an office in Osterville, serving Cape Cod and the Plymouth area. Its website describes plumbing repairs and installations, boiler and heating system service, water heaters, gas lines, mini-splits, snow melt systems and emergency repairs. The company's Massachusetts plumbing licence is active. Google showed a 5-star average from 11 ratings in August 2026, while Angi showed 5 stars from 13. In a January 2024 Google review, a customer described calling the company over several years for water heater system repair, gas line replacement, gas dryer installation, sink installation and shower repair. That customer praised responsiveness and knowledge. Another homeowner writing in April 2024 said they had first found Harbor Master in 2019 and had received help with many problems. Heating customers have described both repairs and explanations. In an October 2025 Google review about heater maintenance and A/C repair, a customer named John and Del, praised their punctuality, and said they answered questions and offered preventative suggestions. A July 2020 Angi reviewer described a boiler pilot that would not light during the July 4th weekend. They said John arrived in less than an hour and fixed the problem quickly. In March 2020, another customer praised John Perez for taking time to explain boilers and giving them room to consider heating-system options. A July 2022 Angi reviewer described a shower valve installation in Centerville on short notice and called the price affordable. A June 2025 customer described the business as family run with fair pricing. The company's website claims 34 years in business; Angi's seven-year experience highlight and 20-year service tag give different tenure figures.
