I work in an interior design firm and every time I work with the Ambassador team, everything turns out exactly as we envision. Their work is always executed with a high level of care and precision, and our clients are consistently very happy with the results. Beyond their excellent performance, what truly stands out is the team’s attitude and energy. Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and always shows up with a positive mindset and the best attitude. They are attentive to every detail, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done perfectly.
We've had the pleasure of working with the team at Ambassador for several years now. As an interior designer, one of the most difficult parts of our job is shipping and deliveries. At a time when things get mishandled and damaged easily, it's comforting knowing that we work with Ambassador. Their team has great communication and they are easy to work with. Whenever a problem as come up, they have worked with us to solve it. I would highly recommend using their services.
I'll try and keep this short as the actual story is quite long. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere and NOT using Ambassador's "white glove" delivery service. We've had 3 separate attempts by them to deliver half of a sectional couch and every single time they damaged the couch, our house, or both (and this is a $8,000 brand new couch). They didn't have adequate equipment the first two attempts (didn't lay down protective mats for our house or porch, and didn't keep the couch wrapped during the install so both the house and couch were very damaged) and didn't send enough people to help support the delivery. The first delivery our couch was damaged to the point where the shipper/manufacturer replaced it for free. Second delivery they mishandled the couch so much, dropping it several times from multiple feet in the air, damaged the back of the couch, and absolutely wrecked our walls to the point where insurance had to step in to help out for $350 worth of painting. Guess what? They replaced the couch again, we waited 8 months for this. On the 3rd attempt, we PLEADED that they bring 3+ people to help deliver, and they said they would. Who shows up? 2 people. Better yet, the lead mover blatantly lies to my face about where the rest of the movers are and that they won't be showing up for the delivery. And then what happens? You guessed it, with his pompous attitude the lead screws up the delivery and damages our walls AGAIN. It's the most unprofessional "white glove" service i've ever used. Highschool moving companies put this place to shame. The owner called me after all of this with a pretty weak apology and that they'd try and "do better next time". Apparently three tries isn't enough for them to figure out how to properly manage and deliver a couch. ***only pictures are attached as I couldn't upload the video I have of them dropping our brand new couch all over our house. We had to inspect our floors for potential damage because they dropped it from 5-6 feet in the air --- only way I got them to help was filming. If you use them, VIDEO THEM DOING THEIR WORK. It'll save you when you ultimately need repairs. 0/5 stars
