A recent customer said Serena walked them through the slabs on site for a quartzite kitchen, that the pricing was competitive with other quotes they received, and that Clei showed them the templates on their slabs before cutting. That customer said there is only one seam in the entire kitchen and it is invisible. A recent customer said the turnaround from first contact to installed countertops was fast, and that the templating and install teams were tidy. A recent customer said the company did their kitchen countertops and backsplash in quartz. In a 2026 review, a customer doing their own bathroom said the company cut stone pieces for the shower, which they said was not something the company typically handles. In 2025, a three-star reviewer said a call came several days after measuring to say the price was now $480 more because more stone was needed. A 2025 one-star reviewer told the company that stone countertops are supposed to be glued and mounted. We had a wonderful experience with Ambiance Stone. Sarina was so helpful in guiding us through choosing the perfect quartz countertop, and the installation team was just as impressive. Our wall was uneven, which would have created a large gap behind the backsplash. Instead of trying to hide it with caulk, the installers took out their oscillating multi-tool and carefully cut away and recessed the drywall behind the backsplash so it could sit properly against the wall. Their attention to detail made all the difference—the final result looks fabulous, sits perfectly flush, and you would never know there had been an issue. We truly appreciate their craftsmanship and highly recommend Ambiance Stone. We look forward to working with them again for any future countertop materials we may need.
The experience with Ambiance was exceptional. All communication whether it be verbal the phone, email, text or in person was kind, professional and very quick. Sara in sales made process extremely easy, approachable, gave us multiple options for our kitchen and was able to give us a plan for our project quickly and better than we could have imagined. The templating team and install teams were friendly, tidy, and very professional and made the whole process a great experience. The turnaround time from me first contacting them to countertops installed was incredibly fast. Could not have asked for a better overall experience.

Awesome choice for countertops! They have so many different stone and quartz options. The staff are fantastic and super helpful. They listened to my needs and helped create an incredible kitchen and dining room. I highly recommend! I’ve already been back a second time and hoping to do my bathroom next!
