Cyclone Home Systems

Unfortunately we’ve had a very poor experience with Cyclone’s A/V division over the past few years. We had them install speakers in our new home during construction. We’ve had nothing but issues since. The speakers were constantly out of sync, requiring cyclone to send someone to fix frequently. Then after less than 10 hours of total play the speakers all started a loud constant buzzing noise. Turns out the amplifier they sold us died, effectively killing the entire system until we replace it with another expensive amp. On top of that they sent us a bill for the tech who had to diagnose the buzzing and determine the amp had died. Our system is now useless until we replace the amplifier less than 3 years after installation. I recommend getting your A/V work done elsewhere.

Cyclone provided shelving and shower glass doors for my new build home. There were some minor issues with the shower glass door and partition wall the first year and beyond the standard one year warranty mark and cyclone has handled it every time free of charge, and have been very responsive to my concerns. The people in the office and the service techs are all very polite, professional, and helpful. I will be using Cyclone again in the future.

Even though I was not able to make a purchase, the staff here were very pleasant to work with. They took days out of their time to work with me to find what I was needing and kept in constant touch with me. They are very nice, easy to work with, and more than willing to help a potential customer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will return myself if I ever have the need.

Had my bathroom glass door installed, they were on time, friendly and efficient.
