A 2023 customer described an interior brick wall that was spalling from moisture on the exterior; that customer said Tom and his sons ground and mortared it, repaired the interior and exterior brick work, and built an indoor "cave" to work in so brick dust would not spread around the house. The same 2023 customer said they got five estimates and Tom had the best prices. A 2020 customer said Tom explained what he could do for their chimney and finished when he said he would, which mattered because roofers were coming after the chimney work.
