Please hire a different company. I wish I had. Elvio resurfaced my pool. After the contract was signed, nothing he promised was the case. I was lied to about the timeline of the project. The finished project has tile irregularities, discoloration of the pebble tec, and my once level stairs are now a safety hazard. Elvio and one of his son’s spoke to me like a vile animal when timeline and product information was inquired about. Total nightmare of a company,.

Elvio and Sons did an amazing job with our Unilock walkway and patio. Great communication, honest dealings, and quality work is hard to find, Elvio and his crew hit it out of the park. I highly recommend this business for your future pool or patio needs.
Contacted Elvio via Craigslist about a product he had listed that specifically states "Delivery available." My very first message to him was to confirm that delivery was available to my location. He responded "Yes." So, there is zero confusion or misunderstanding - he will deliver to my location. Confirmed. He then mentions he has other similar products available, so I inquire about those. In the process, however, he suddenly states that if I want to buy it, delivery is no longer available. (his listing still states that it is, however.) And he mentions that he has a different buyer for the product at a higher price ( a very common tactic to try to inflate a price) I ask for clarification, because his messages are confusing. He responds, rudely, that he's 60 years old, has a business to run, and other irrelevant information, and that he doesn't need my business anyway, and I can take it or leave it. To be clear, all I have asked for is more information about the products, at the price HE stated, and for the service HE offered. I didn't ask for anything beyond what HE offered. Didn't haggle the price, etc. I'm on board! I'm ready to buy! Apparently that was disagreeable to him. I just don't get it. If you don't want to sell something - don't list it for sale. If you don't want to provide a service - don't offer it. If you want more money than you asked for - list the price you actually want. Have some INTEGRITY. This could have been a done deal, super easy, if he had simply followed through with what he said he would. Edit: In case you're wondering what this has to do with his business? 1. He implied that his business was relevant to our transaction. 2. He also stated he needed his business vehicles for our transaction. 3. This is a review of his business ethics. Looking at the negative reviews, looks like other people have complaints about him failing to follow through/changing agreements/etc.
