AMTAV Construction

Two June 2026 Google reviews describe serious problems with AMTAV Construction's work. One customer said the project took four times as long as expected, involved multiple addendums, and was still unfinished when they wrote. They also reported difficulty communicating with the crew, saying questions had to go through one person. A second customer alleged that the workers flooded the basement and allowed dust to spread through the house during upstairs work. That reviewer said correcting the work cost thousands of dollars and also described difficulty communicating in English. AMTAV is based in Nashua. The company describes itself as a drywall contracting and remodeling business serving the Boston area and New Hampshire, with more than 15 years of expertise. Its website advertises commercial drywall, drywall finishing, metal framing, acoustic ceilings, and warehouse construction, and names Manchester, Nashua, Lowell, Woburn, and Boston as service areas. An older account describes a different experience. In a March 2022 Google review, a homeowner said Yeison and his team demolished kitchen and dining-room walls and flooring, then remodeled the spaces into an open layout. The customer also said the team updated lighting and electricity in a house more than 100 years old, called the price reasonable, and recommended AMTAV. A January 2023 Google reviewer described disrespectful treatment and warned against using the company.
