Ana Silva owns and operates Ana Service Cleaning out of Framingham, Massachusetts, sometimes helped by her sister and husband, and Thumbtack lists the business as family-owned. The company offers daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning plans plus move-in/move-out and deep cleaning, serving Framingham and roughly a dozen nearby MetroWest towns, from Natick and Wellesley to Wayland and Hopkinton. The written record runs from 2016 to 2025. Early Google reviews described Ana as quick to respond to texts and emails and attentive to detail; one 2017 review recalled a same-day cleaning arranged after a first call, and a March 2016 review described weekly cleanings of a roughly 2,000-square-foot home that left it spotless enough to feel bad getting back into bed. A January 2025 Thumbtack review called the work efficient and good. One account tells a different story: an October 2020 Google review said the company missed an appointment, was hard to reach afterward, and only accepts cash or check rather than debit or credit cards. Confirm the accepted payment methods and get the cleaning schedule and scope in writing before booking.
very efficient and very good work thank you
No good, horrible communication and never showed up to clean and the fact that they dont take debit or credit cards just shows how unprofessional and sketchy this so called business is, never again. 000 starz for you...
Thank you Ana for the wonderful cleaning job!
My wife and I lead busy lives and travel frequently for work. We had ignored our home cleaning for far too long and were in need of some serious help. I called Ana and was immediately impressed with her friendly nature and responsiveness. We arranged a cleaning that same day (she did us a huge favor being so flexible!). Ana and her team arrived promptly and got straight to work. Everyone was professional, diligent and friendly. After they were done, the house looked and - to be honest - smelled so clean and fresh! It feels wonderful to know you're in a clean home. They did a great job and made the experience a very good one. I highly recommend Ana's Home Cleaning Service!
We have recently switched to Ana's service and she has come to our home twice. I am already amazed at how clean our house is afterwards. The attention to detail is wonderful. She is always quick to respond to texts or emails from me as well which is so appreciated. I can't say enough good things. Thank you Ana for doing the best cleaning!
