Anderson's Septic Service says on its website that it is located in West Baldwin, ME, and that it has been in business for 40 years; the site names Baldwin as its service area. A recent customer on Google said they come as soon as you need them and called the company honest and reasonable. A recent reviewer called the work very nice. A 2025 customer wrote that they called on a Monday morning about a failed grinder pump in a holding tank, and that the company said it didn't usually do grinders but offered to come pump the holding tank and take a look. In that 2025 account, Nick showed up with another tech and pumped out the tank, and the company gave a price on the spot to come back with a new pump and install it. A 2025 customer said they called because the company they had used wasn't being responsive; in that 2025 review, Brent said he'd be there within an hour and showed up on time, and the system was pumped out with a return visit planned for Friday to fix everything. A 2025 reviewer said the company came right out and that the price was competitive.
“I miss my Andersons so much!”
These folks are absolute pros. Very nice work.
This company is awesome! They come as soon as you need them! Honest and reasonable!!!
Called Anderson Monday morning for a failed grinder pump in the holding tank. Said they don’t usually do grinders but they offered to come pump the holding tank and take a look. Nick showed up with another tech and pumped out the tank. Took the pump information down, made a couple phone calls and gave a price on the spot to come back with a new pump and get it installed. Totally professional and would recommend to anyone. Will leave another review after they get the pump replaced.
Great service by this company. They came right out, were friendly and professional. The price was competitive. I will definitely call them next time the septic needs pumping. Highly recommended!
We called Anderson because the company we used wasn’t being responsive. Brent answered the phone and said he’d be there within an hour. He showed up on time and was so friendly and helpful. They pumped out our system and are coming back on Friday to fix everything. We are so grateful we found them and will recommend them to all of our neighbors.
