Andre Skutul, trading as Andre Skutul Construction out of Methuen, is listed by BuildZoom as owned by Atoz Construction and does kitchen, bathroom, basement and whole-home remodel work, plus additions. The two reviews on file split evenly: in a 2024 review, a homeowner said Skutul 'redid my kitchen and bathroom' with 'nice work and reliable service'; in a 2021 review, a different reviewer called the work 'terrible terrible' and warned not to use the company, without saying what went wrong. BuildZoom's own 3.0-star aggregate reflects exactly those two accounts. The three permits BuildZoom shows are all from 2003–2006 in Waltham and Tewksbury, not recent and not local to the Methuen address. Licensing is worth confirming before hiring: BuildZoom badges Construction Supervisor license CS-082551 as verified active, but a second number, 101626, appears twice on the same page — once as an electrical contractor licence and once as a general contractor licence — each marked both 'Active' and 'License Not Verified,' with a December 2022 expiration.
