Andresa Cleaning

Andresa Cleaning is a Framingham-based house-cleaning company run by Andresa and a small team, covering recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb, commercial and restaurant cleaning across MetroWest and Greater Boston. The site describes an owner-operated business without naming her specifically, but nearly every review names her directly. The reviews, spanning 2021 to 2026, describe a run of repeat customers: one has used her for a 3,500-square-foot house "for years", another says she's "been working with us for a number of years". What comes up again and again is thoroughness on move-out and one-off jobs — a customer describes her sending "lots of pictures of the 'after'" following a messy move-out clean, and in a 2024 review another describes windows left "amazing" after Andresa and her team traveled a distance to help on short notice over a weekend. A 2025 review credits her with transforming "a new but unkempt home," calling out clean windows and floors specifically at a price the customer called competitive and fair. One notable exception: a 2022 review, rated 3★, describes a paid clean where only the bathrooms were deep-cleaned, the oven and fridge the customer had paid to have done were skipped, and the reviewer describes a partner referred to as "husband" as rude when she pushed back; the company offered a free redo on the next visit. Before booking, it's worth confirming in writing exactly what's included for a deep or move-out clean, since that's the one place a customer's experience diverged from everyone else's.
