John came out on a Saturday to clean our dryer vent, which was very long. He did a great job. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. We'll be calling him again for appliance repair.
We first encountered John fixing a heat sensor on our daughter and son in law’s dryer (doing grand parent duties!!) we were impressed with his seasoned perspective and practical problem solving capacity. Our issue was with a Bosch dishwasher and an apparent draining problem (E24 code). He dove in and not only found the problem, but diagnosed and remediated a few other issues to assure smooth operations. Bottom line: ….. could not be happier with a new appliance service expert with whom we wish to have as our ‘go to’ guy. Experienced, knowledgeable, pragmatic, dependable, and yes, friendly.
John showed up on time and was very efficient and friendly. The job was done quickly and for a fair price with the parts he had on the truck. John also gave me free advice on proper maintenance and suggested minor DIY improvements. I was very impressed with all aspects of the service. Will definitely call him again for future repairs.
John was quick to respond and resolved the issue promptly. Cost for the dryer service was reasonable and he showed me a few things about basic maintenance on the dryer which was quite helpful. Definitely recommended!
