Doug repaired my GE dishwasher (3 yrs old) and Maytag washing machine (7 yrs old). Very professional yet personable (didn't mind my dog). Initial visit was to diagnose and order parts. 2nd visit was scheduled promptly and didn't take long. Pricing was very fair.

Wow, what a great person he is! 10/5 , if anyone looking for genuine person to take care of your appliances, I would strongly recommend Doug's. Here is my experience with him: I called him to check into my fridge as it is not producing cool air. He came and found compressor was not running. He fixed it for some price. I waited for the fridge to cool down. Upper portion was working but not freezer. Then called him again to check what is going on. He came and checked, said some freon leak so it would be costlier to fix instead he suggest to go with new ones. Here is the interesting part, I was not even at home while he came for second time. I didn't even asked. He himself refunded the amount that he got it from me for first time except labor cost. Almost he returned 2 / 3 of what I paid him for repair. I didn't expect it and also I didn't ask it. He kept the money in the home and shared photos, communicated to me. It's really good to see such a genuine professional. Thank God for showing nice people to me.

Perfect. Doug arrived within the timing window he gave me, identified what was wrong, fixed it so I have a working oven, taught me about my oven, offered advice and future options, charged a reasonable amount, and did all of this rather quickly. Best in-home service I've ever received.
