I purchased my pellet stove about 10 years ago from Phelps and son's and they've maintained it ever since as well as provided all the pellets I've used over the years. Everyone there is so personable and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else and would highly recommend their product offering and services!

I can’t say enough good things about Phelps & Sons. My pellet stove is getting up there and has needed some work over the past few years. The first time Phelps worked on it, they did some digging and found that the parts I needed were covered by a warrantee, which I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. I recently had another issue come up and Brian went to the trouble of disassembling the entire stove to fix it. The problem was related to work that another company had done, so Lisa then went out of her way to address that with them and get me a refund. I also asked about getting a quote for a new stove because I wasn’t sure if that made more financial sense than repairing the older one. Brian and Lisa were both very upfront and said that with the repairs that have been done, a new stove isn’t really necessary at this point. I appreciated the honesty as most places would have jumped on the chance to make a quick sale. When I do get to the point of needing a new stove, I’ll definitely be going through Phelps.
This place is the worst, everyone you speak to is condescending and you get the feeling they dont want to be there let alone help you. I would not recommend unless you want an attitude.
