Animal Control of New England describes itself on its directory profiles as a locally owned and operated company that specializes in safe, humane wildlife removal, exclusions and repairs. A 2023 customer said Paul called back 10 minutes after a voicemail left on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and came out that Tuesday morning for a groundhog issue. A 2021 customer said Paul responded the same day to a bat infestation in the chimney area, resolved it the next day, and installed a custom made chimney cap as soon as it arrived. A 2017 customer said Paul came the same day for bats in the attic, and that within a week the bats were gone, the guano was cleaned up and the attic was re-insulated. A 2018 customer wrote that Paul's solution to a flying squirrel problem worked after a large pest control company they had hired before did a very poor job. A 2020 reviewer said he came up with a way to protect baby squirrels while getting rid of a squirrel nest on the roof. A 2019 reviewer said the company showed up the day before New Year's for a raccoon problem and set up humane traps. A 2020 reviewer said a high fee for an inspection, which they were told would apply against later work, was not applied, and accused him of misstating what needed to be done and how much it would cost. A 2018 reviewer called the job too expensive, putting the time and materials at the equivalent of $500 an hour.
I called and left a voicemail on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, not expecting a callback until Tuesday. Paul called 10 minutes later! He came out that Tuesday morning to take care of a groundhog issue. A few weeks later, we thought we had a critter above our sunroom and Paul was at our house within 45 minutes. He's extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable -- highly recommend!
Paul responded the same day we called for help with a Bat infestation in our chimney area. He resolved the issue the next day, and did so professionally, and also made it a pleasant experience for us. He stayed in touch about installation of a custom made chimney cap, and installed it as soon as it arrived. I would strongly suggest calling Pau for your animal control problems.
Really nice guy. I was trying to get rid of a squirrel nest on my roof and he cane up with a way that would protect the baby squirrels while getting rid of the whole family.
Terrible. Just into his money. High fee for so-called inspection which he said applies against any subsequent work only it did not. Lied about what needed to be done and how much it would be. Could not care less. Avoid if at all possible!
Very professional to work with. Willing to work with our contractor to co-ordinate the solution to our delimma.
