Eric was awesome. He came highly recommended by a colleague when I found termite damage in my home. When I reached out to get an inspection to see the level of damage etc, Eric didn't try to upsell or push me in any way. When I decided to treat our home, Eric walked me through everything I needed to know, told me exactly what needed to be done and where, and what he needed moved by me for access to properly treat.This was almost a year ago, and I had to look up his number as I was reaching out to schedule a follow up treatment. This amazing service deserved a review.

I have worked with New England Termite througout many years of my career. Eric is very honest, knowledgeable and professional. No short- cuts taken. He will find the problems caused by termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and other wood destroying insects as well as treat them so they won't cause further damage. His carpentry skills to make the repairs are also excellent and affordable.
