Anna Budai-Louf works the North Shore out of Toner Real Estate in Lynn, and the through-line across nine reviews is the same word: first-time buyer. Five of the accounts on file describe someone navigating their very first purchase, and Anna is the one who kept walking them through it. In a September 2025 review, an out-of-state couple new to Massachusetts said she connected them with lender and down-payment programs, ran comparative analysis on homes, and stayed in touch past closing. In another review from that summer, a first-time buyer described a two-month search where Anna was quick to return every call, text and email and helped navigate an escalation clause on the condo they ended up winning. And at open houses, a client wrote in a July 2025 review, she was fast to spot the kind of problem areas and flipper fixes an untrained eye would miss, connecting them to vetted local contractors and inspectors for what came after. She's not only for first-timers. A client working with her a second time, in a July 2025 review, said she once again exceeded their expectations, and in the most recent review on file, from April 2026, a couple who both bought and sold with her said the deal ran longer than planned but they never felt rushed along the way. Her Google page shows a five-star rating from ten ratings. On her site she says she's a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent, operating under Toner Real Estate after learning the business alongside Colleen Toner, and covers Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Beverly and the rest of the North Shore. Nothing in the reviews raises a concern. She's a strong call for a first-time buyer who wants hand-holding through financing and negotiation, or a North Shore seller comfortable with a solo agent rather than a large team.
