Anna Budai-Louf works the North Shore as a solo agent out of Toner Real Estate on Broadway in Lynn, and she says she learned the business working alongside Colleen Toner. Her own site sets the footprint: Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Beverly, Nahant, Swampscott, Marblehead, Danvers, Saugus and a handful of towns further inland, with buyers, sellers, and people juggling both at once — first-time buyers most of all. The people who hired her describe the same two things over and over. She answers, and she knows the towns. A client who bought and sold with her this past spring said the whole thing dragged on much longer than they'd planned and still never felt hurried, and that messages came back quickly the entire way. Reviews going back through 2025 hit the same notes from first-time buyers: the steps explained in plain language, questions answered without a wait. The history behind that is short. Nine reviews, all dating from 2025 onward, and only one of them in the last six months — a young track record next to agents who have been closing on the North Shore for a decade. Her site also states she is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, but it gives no number and that claim has not been checked against the state registry. If you're buying your first place and want someone who will walk it through slowly, she fits. Ask for the license number so you can look it up yourself, and ask for a recent client or two you can call.

Anna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us both buy and sell. The process took a lot longer than expected, and we never felt like we were rushed. Anna was knowledgeable about the area and the real estate processes. She was always extremely quick to respond to any of our messages. Anna is a rockstar! My husband and I were first time homebuyers relatively new to the MA area, from out of state. Anna helped us find great programs through her many connections and was able to help us find the lender that fit best with our needs. She was so kind and patient and understanding of our needs, and wants in a home, and she helped us find the perfect fit. She sent homes our way, and was able to schedule showings, do amazing comparative analysis for us and help us to understand all the ins and outs of the process. While we are staying put in our new home for a while, she is our first choice when we do decide it’s time to upgrade. You can’t go wrong hiring her!
