Three permits sit at his own Harwich address: additions and renovations in 2018 and 2019, and a pool house and equipment shed in 2021. Two things are worth raising on a first call. BuildZoom counts three new constructions over the last four years and describes him as mostly a new-construction builder, so if your project is a remodel or an addition, ask how much of that work he takes on now. And two Newton permits from 2019 carry a change-of-contractor note, one of them — a strip and re-roof with 29 windows, skylights and deck repair at 190 Mt Vernon St — marked revoked; ask him what happened there. He is the call for a ground-up build or a substantial structural project rather than a small interior job.
