Imagine Construction

In July 2024 a Cape Cod homeowner hired Imagine for a new deck and a roof replacement, and the thing they wrote about afterwards was the daily updates. The Harwich company is a father-and-son operation: the site says Carlos Pereira arrived in the United States 24 years ago, started out framing for a large company and later set up his own firm, and that his son Tullio — the name customers use in their reviews — now helps lead it with more than 14 years of his own. They work the whole Cape, Bourne and Sandwich out to Provincetown. Roofs are the spine of the recent work. A homeowner in April 2025 had a roof replaced and called the price fair; in August 2024 another had a section of roof done and described a prompt, courteous crew and a very reasonable price. BuildZoom's profile lists eight permitted roofing and skylight projects in 2024 and 2025, in Harwich, Dennis Port, South Dennis, West Dennis and Sagamore Beach. Inside, they take whole rooms. A July 2024 customer had a kitchen completely redone and pointed to the detailed quote and the design suggestions that came with it. Another the same month had a bathroom remodeled and said Tullio listened to their changes and worked out fixes as problems surfaced. In October 2024 a family weighing three estimates went with him for a sunroom addition, because he listened instead of telling them what they should do. In July 2026 a customer who had two bathrooms and two bedrooms redone called the work professional and detailed. Money turns up in specifics rather than promises. A July 2024 reviewer said the work was done when promised and within the proposed cost. On Angi, a February 2024 customer put $15,000 against a deck or porch and wrote that Tullio delivered exactly what he promised; another that same month put $20,000 against finishing a basement and credited him with helping them settle details they were unsure about. Sixteen Google ratings sit at 5.0, and the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, held under the name Imagine Building Solutions, Inc. — the name the website and the directory profiles use, rather than Imagine Construction. Houzz lists a construction supervisor number for the company as well. For a Cape Cod roof, an addition, or a kitchen or bath you would rather hand to one crew, this is a small family outfit whose customers describe steady communication and prices they found fair. Get the schedule in writing, ask which licence gets pulled on your permit, and check that the contract carries the registered company name.
