Set aside the everything-under-one-roof marketing and what customers actually wrote about Antoniel Painting & Finish is narrower, and more useful: walls, floors and trim. A March 2017 customer had wallpaper stripped, the walls re-plastered and repainted, and finished the review with "the final product makes old walls look bright and new." In March 2018 another had multiple trim and staircase repairs fixed quickly. Two Angi reviewers in March 2020 pointed at fair prices and a site cleaned up afterwards.
The business runs under Antoniel Lima — BuildZoom names him and Carla C De Lima as its owners — and advertises from 8 Oak Ave in Leominster. Its own site says it has served the Boston area for over 16 years, reaching the North and South Shores, MetroWest and Worcester County.
Two things are worth pinning down before you call. The paperwork does not line up across sources: Houzz gives the address as Winthrop, BuildZoom as Ashby, Angi and Porch as Leominster, and the stated tenure reads 16 years on the company's own site, 10 in Angi's and Porch's structured fields, and 20 in Angi's blurb. Then the licensing. None of it is a registry check — BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #214762 it says it verified active in March 2026, and separately #187162, which it says was at one point cancelled; Houzz and Porch simply repeat the company's own line about being HIC licensed, LEAD certified and fully insured. Get the current number and check it yourself with Consumer Affairs.
The ratings disagree too. Houzz shows 5.0 across 3 ratings and Angi 5.0 across 2, while Porch aggregates 14 online reviews down to 3.49 — a different picture from a bigger pool. Every written account runs 2017 to 2020.
A sensible call for interior painting, plaster repair, floor refinishing and trim work, which is what its reviewers actually describe. The site also advertises plumbing, electrical and roofing alongside all of that; those are separately licensed trades in Massachusetts, so ask who would be doing them and under whose licence. And ask for a couple of references from the past year.

Antoniel did a great job, had fair prices and cleaned up everything afterwards. Polite, professional and I was very pleased with everything.
Went out of their way to get this done before the winter weather came. Did a very good job for a reasonable price. Very approachable and quick to respond.
I needed wallpaper removed, walls re-plastered, and then walls painted. Antonio did a fantastic job--he was punctual and professional and the final product makes old walls look bright and new.
