Working with Taylor Made Cabinets was a wonderful experience! We reached out looking to get a custom 22’ built-in bookshelf unit, and after meeting with Bob and Angie, we felt confident in hiring them for this project. Before quoting us, Bob and Angie met with us to discuss what we envisioned for our bookshelves. They took the time to show us different design options and finishes, as well as photos of other similar projects, so they had a clear picture of what to draw up for us. As construction began, Bob, Angie, and their son Eric continuously worked with us and offered their expertise and advice to help us make the best decisions possible for our project, tweaking things along the way when they saw a better option. They worked through our ideas and questions with an open mind and we always felt heard by them. Not only did we truly feel a part of the project and experience (which was very important to us), but we also felt their excitement and investment in this project as well. We didn’t feel like just another customer. As a result, we got our absolute dream! Everything from consult to install was professional, meticulous, and personalized. It is clear that Bob is a master craftsman and that this family loves what they do. Our bookshelves are showstoppers and we would hire Taylor Made time and time again for all of our woodworking needs!

We happened upon Taylor Made Cabinets while looking for formaldehyde-free cabinets for our kitchen renovation. We couldn’t believe our luck when we realized that Taylor Made was just an hour away. We were hesitant to contact Bob and Angie since we imagined that custom cabinets would be well out of our price range. We decided to call anyway and were quite surprised to find that a custom kitchen from Taylor Made was not significantly pricier than ordering manufactured cabinets through a local lumber yard. It was a true pleasure to work with Bob and Angie from initial call to final check on the install. They took our ideas and drawings, made wonderful suggestions, and turned the plans into exactly what we had been hoping for. Their honed artistic sensibilities and attention to detail resulted in a smooth process and solid, functional and beautiful cabinets. We could not have been more pleased. Along with the exceptional construction, I would like to highlight the ease and clarity of communication that we experienced throughout the process and the wonderful care that Bob and his son took in installing the cabinets. The renovation was completed four years ago. The cabinets are as lovely now as the day they were installed. Taylor made did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity last year. Extremely friendly family run business that takes pride in their work. Custom hand made cabinets that are made right in Leominster, not some mass produced factory in another country. Great communication and attention to detail from start to finish.
