The name is the pitch: Anytime Plumbing & Heating sells 24/7 emergency service out of Berkley, and by its own account it has handled plumbing, heating and air conditioning across Southeastern Massachusetts since 1995. It is a family-run partnership between Fred Andrade and Ed Correira, per the company, and BBB lists the Grove Street business as incorporated in 1999, carrying 20 employees, accredited since 2005 at an A+ grade. Its Massachusetts HVAC licence, 675-SM-B, is active on the state registry in the company's name. What it takes on, per that BBB listing: air conditioning, heating, plumbing, gas piping and water heaters, new systems and repairs to existing ones. The stated service area runs from Berkley and Taunton out through Raynham, Somerset, Lakeville, Middleboro, Dighton, Easton and Bridgewater. Its BBB page carries one customer account, a positive one about heating work, and its Google profile a single 5-star rating. A 2025 article on mechanical-hub.com mentions the company being asked to take on the plumbing and heating systems for a building during its reconstruction. For a no-heat call in Berkley, Taunton or Raynham — especially one that lands after hours, which the company says it covers — this is an established local outfit with two named owners and an address that has not moved. Ask what an emergency visit costs before they dispatch, and get the scope and price of any new-system install in writing first.
“Correira’s father, who had recently started a new local plumbing company with a partner—Anytime Plumbing & Heating—had asked him to work with them on the plumbing and heating systems for the building during the reconstruction.”
I now have heat in my first floor zone--after 2 years. Two years of unreturned calls to other companies, unkept promises to "check it out".
