Yanni is incredible! He replaced the motor heads on both of my garage doors and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He’s also extremely responsive and easy to reach whenever any questions or needs arise. I highly recommend Yanni!

Apex answered my call right away when I need same day service. It turned out that a new door was necessary and Yanni provided one in short order at a price that I could afford. His crew were innovative and efficient with a job that wasn’t straightforward. A defunct water pipe from my former heating system was embedded in the ceiling just where the top of the new door crossed. That had to be removed, and then they discovered that the original door frame was cracking and rotting in places. They managed to get the garage door installed despite that problem, and will return next week to replace the frame, which will require removing the door and reinstalling it after the framing is finished. All in all, this job turned into a rather complicated situation, and I am grateful for this wonderful team, who were able to improvise on the spot and provide a functional and attractive garage door.

Yanni did a marvelous job with fixing our garage door, our garage spring snapped out of the blue. He gave me a call and explain how things work, clearly communicated what to expect. He’s very transparent. He came and further explain what he’s going to do. Then he started fixing it, adjusted the garage door very meticulously. Overall highly recommend.
