Next Door Garage, LLC is a garage door company that installs and repairs doors and openers.
One recent customer says the company removed 2 old and broken garage doors and replaced them with new doors, new motors and a system operated from a cellphone app, for about half the price of their first estimate. Dan, the installation technician, cleaned everything up and took the time to make sure they downloaded the app, knew how to use it, and knew how to check and maintain the motor and door rollers.
When one of a homeowner's cables snapped as the door was closing at 8am, Dan had it fully repaired, including new brackets and pulleys, by 4PM the same day. Another homeowner says Dan replaced a bent rail and rollers, completed the repair at the originally quoted price, and explained optional improvements without pressure. On a Sunday afternoon, Leo showed up in 45 minutes after cables snapped and the door went crooked, got the door down, and came back the next evening to replace the broken parts. Leo also replaced both openers and all the door wheels for a customer who says the doors now run quietly.
In a 2026 review, a homeowner said Dan and Leo replaced all the moving parts on a 2-car garage door, kept the existing panels and tracks, installed 2 electric openers, and adjusted for openings that were not quite square.
A recent 4-star review of a door and opener installation says Leo worked late hours to finish, but notes a missed appointment with no notification and a safety cable rubbing against the pulleys that was corrected after the customer pointed it out. Another 4-star review mentions some charges incurred afterwards.
