Another, also writing in 2024, said other designers had told them the renovation could not be done, and credited Nathalie's floor plans and kitchen design with getting it built. A third bought their cabinets through the company and said the construction side finished ahead of schedule.
Coordination is the through-line. One 2024 customer, doing an addition plus a kitchen and bath, wrote that they chose the single-partner route on purpose — design, cabinetry and general contracting from the same people — rather than assembling their own team. Another 2024 household has had them back again and again, for a kitchen, several bathrooms, a mudroom, a screen porch and a front porch. In 2025 a homeowner said the sunroom the firm built came in on budget.
Two things are worth weighing before you call. The written history is short and bunched: seven of the nine reviews landed between 11 September and 6 October 2024, with one more in 2025 and one in spring 2026. That's real, but it isn't long, and the company's Houzz profile has collected no reviews at all. These are also not small jobs — Houzz puts a typical project between $40,000 and $250,000, which matches the whole-floor and addition work reviewers describe.
A 2020 article in a Concord publication introduced the firm to West Concord and described it as offering architectural services, general contracting and interior design under one umbrella, naming Nathalie Appleton as owner and Tino Fazio as her building partner. That is the publication's description rather than anything independently confirmed, but it matches what customers say they got.
If you're planning a gut kitchen, an addition, or a multi-room renovation and would rather hire one firm than manage a designer, a cabinet vendor and a builder yourself, this is the shape of company to talk to. Ask for references from projects finished in the past year, since most of the written history predates that, and get the design-through-construction scope on paper so you know where their responsibility starts and stops.
