My 48" BlueStar gas range (large gas oven) was not working, it would not heat up properly, was making a whooshing noise, the knob/shaft wasn't working, all kinds things issues. I was so happy to find someone locally that could fix it and was able to get an appointment quickly. Duke is very knowledgeable in the appliance space, he knew very quickly what wrong, he ordered the parts and completed the repair. He also noticed that the second oven was about to have the same issue and fixed that too. Both ovens are working like new. Highly recommend Appliance Care! I'll have Duke on speed dial for any appliance repairs.
Only appliance place that would come look at my fridge. Duke came in and after about a half hour had my fridge working as good as new. Thank you so much for the great service and I will be recommending you to any one who asks
The oven on our Bosch gas stove was making “whooshing” sounds and taking forever to preheat. We got an appointment almost right away. Duke identified the problems, went out to get the replacement parts and fixed both problems. The oven’s now working great, it’s quiet, preheats quickly and the oven temp stays true. We’re happy customers, highly recommend Appliance Care.
Although my husband and I ultimately decided not to repair our 4.5 year old LG refrigerator, Duke, spent a fair amount of time talking with us about potential costs involved. He also gave us great advice regarding a few things we could try in hopes of correcting the issue. We found Appliance Care Inc. to be helpful, prompt in their call back and extremely knowledgeable.
