In a May 2026 Google review, the customer said Mike called that same day, then Mike and Kyle inspected the leak the next day and returned later with the parts to repair it. The Southampton company advertises heating installation, plumbing and gas-line work across towns around Springfield and Northampton. Recent customers describe a range of plumbing jobs. A June reviewer credited Mike and Kyle with replacing water heaters, water pumps and toilets, installing faucets, repairing a garbage disposal and upgrading shower attachments. A customer writing in March described an outdoor faucet and indoor water pressure meter installed within the estimate, along with earlier shower and vanity-sink installations. Another March reviewer praised Mike and his son's plumbing work during a bathroom renovation and their handling of other plumbing issues. Google gives the business a 4.7-star average from 22 ratings, and its BBB page has an A+ grade. Older accounts describe heating and gas work. A December 2018 HomeAdvisor reviewer said the company replaced a boiler on a day's notice before Thanksgiving. A March 2019 reviewer described Mike inspecting gas-line requirements for a new range, followed by Kyle completing the gas-line work at the scheduled time. In April 2018, a customer who wanted a tankless water heater said the contractor inspected the space and electrical box, then called about a week later to say the job could not be completed. That customer appreciated the honesty. Follow-up service drew a serious complaint in April 2025. A reviewer praised the original propane-furnace and whole-house plumbing installation but said a five-year service contract was not honored. The customer reported two and a half years of calls, one callback without a visit, and 14 more calls while seeking annual service.
