I called Aquatime after our 23 year old pool pump died. Denise in the Service Department was able to determine which unit would be compatible for our pool and the total cost including installation during the call. She stated installers could be at the house by weeks’ end. The following afternoon she called me back and said she could have installers over within a few hours. Peter and Sam showed up, as promised with the new equipment , did the swap out, some training on the pump operation and were great techs. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are glad to have the pool back with almost no down time!

I am having the best pool maintenance experience ever. My pool decided to go green! I went to AQUATIME POOLS AND SPAS in Hudson NH to have my water tested. They came to house to check on my water!!!! I highly recommend them!!! What great customer service!!!

We recently moved into a home with a pool that needed a new liner. After getting quotes from several companies, we chose another company because they had the lowest price (though all of the quotes were fairly similar). We paid a 50% deposit and were told the liner would be installed in May. Unfortunately, communication completely broke down after that. Over the next two months, I called the company three times and stopped by the office twice, but no one could give me even a rough estimate of when the work would be completed. Every time I asked, I was told I needed to speak with the owner, but the owner was never available and never returned my calls. During my final visit in late May, I was actually told they never should have promised a May installation because it was never going to happen, yet they still couldn't provide any timeline. The timing mattered because my sons were changing schools, and we had planned a pool party on the last day of school so they could celebrate with all of their friends before moving on. I simply wanted to know whether the pool would be ready so I could either keep or cancel the party. With no answers in sight, I decided it was time to look elsewhere. That's when Peter from Aquatime Pool & Spa stepped in. Peter had originally provided one of the quotes, and he honored that same price despite the delay. More importantly, he made it his mission to get our pool ready in time for the party. The very next day, his crew was at our house draining and measuring the pool. Over the following days, they returned multiple times to prepare everything for the new liner and to ensure the electrical was ready for the new saltwater system we were also installing. When it looked like the liner might not arrive in time, Peter negotiated with the manufacturer to have it expedited and even split the additional cost with me. Once it arrived, his crew came out over the weekend to install it, and he arranged a last-minute water delivery on Monday so the pool would be full and ready for our party on Tuesday. Everything came together exactly as promised. The pool party was a huge success, and my sons couldn't have been happier. Peter and the entire Aquatime Pool & Spa team went above and beyond at every step. Their communication, professionalism, and commitment to making this all happen was outstanding. I can't recommend them highly enough.
