ARBOR EAST TREE SERVICE, INC

Two trees down, one of them very large, in one hour from start to finish with cleanup included: that is how a recent Google customer described a job by Brennan and team. Arbor East Tree Service says it has been in business 24 years, and its website lists a service area of 13 towns, among them Chelmsford, Lowell, Westford and Billerica. A recent reviewer had 8 trees removed from their yard and called the work quick and fairly priced. A recent customer said the company removed two dead trees and did stump removal on what was their second time using Arbor East. A 2025 customer who said they had worked with the company for more than 25 years wrote that it carefully removed a dozen trees and limbs on several others over two weeks. A 2025 reviewer said Brennan and his crew removed a very large oak tree close to their home, and that other quotes were twice the cost. A 2025 customer named Brennan Lyons as the owner and said half of a rotted maple tree was removed quickly, with a good clean-up. A recent customer gave one star, saying they never got an estimate they asked for a few years earlier, and that after they later agreed to an estimate for removing a few limbs and picking up piles of cuttings, the company blew them off despite a few attempts to follow up. A 2023 customer said they had not yet received the estimate. A 2022 customer said two dead evergreen trees next to power lines and a shed were removed, leaving only a couple of tire tracks on a dirt patch in the yard. That 2022 customer received the estimate by email but no other communication that way, and recommended calling and leaving a message.
