Six years is how long one 2026 Google customer said they had known Dave, who handled trees for them at an old cabin property with white pines close to the structure and again at their new home. That customer said he removed a large ash tree from their garden so a failing garden wall could be fixed, and that his equipment kept the home, garage and detached garage safe while the tree came out clean. A 2025 customer wrote that the job was carried out with professional communication, the site was left clean, and praised the prices. A 2024 reviewer called the tree service quick, safe and efficient. A 2023 customer said Dave told them he would be up after 4, then never showed and did not call, and that a day later he left a message saying he did not have time.
We’ve known Dave for SIX YEARS (can’t believe it) and he’s helped us deal with trees at both our old cabin property (which was old white pines close to the structure) to our new home (mixed maple, ash, walnut, pine, birch, etc). He is the absolute BEST in the business. He is professional, courteous, kind and bends over backwards to make his customers top priority (and happy). Last autumn, he worked a miracle and came to remove a large ash tree from our garden so we could get them failing garden wall fixed. He had the equipment that kept our structures (home, garage and detached garage) safe and the tree came out clean. Did some work for us a few yrs a go- all good. This year Dave remembered us and said he would be up after 4. Never showed .DId not call . When I called I got the wife who was not helpful or pleasant . Accused me of yelling at her becasue I was speaking loudly -which I do due to people constanlty saying they cannot hear me- I explained that. Showed no remorse for inconveniencing me and being unreliable She made me another appointment and I specifically said please CALL if you are not coming A day later Dave let a msg on the machine saying he did not have time Unprofessional Unpleasant Weird
