In a 2024 review, a customer said Flagg cut down a very large tree in the front lawn and ground the stump. A recent customer who was late to an appointment for a tree quote gave two stars and called the company's response incredibly rude.
I was late to my appointment and apologized. However, I had previously given them the permission to enter the property and look at the tree to provide a quote. Their response was incredibly rude, and while I understand the inconvenience, impolite people or businesses are not who I would want to hire.
Very professional-would highly recommend. Went over and beyond what was asked. Extremely courteous and dependable. Thank you Nick - fantastic job!
Nick was extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. He was flexible and able to work around my own job schedule to deal with an urgent tree fall issue I had on my property, while offering preventative advice on future problems I might have and steps I could take to lessen potential tree damage to my home. Overall Flagg Forestry is a fast, responsive business that knows what they're talking about and good people who know the local community.
Flagg Forestry did an outstanding job removing two large trees and one smaller tree from my property. From start to finish, Nick was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They handled the larger trees with great care and precision, making sure everything was done safely. Cleanup was just as impressive—they left the yard looking neat and better than before they arrived. Communication was clear throughout the entire process. I recommend Flagg Forestry to anyone needing tree removal services. Great work, fair pricing, and an owner you can trust.
