Before signing, a homeowner in April 2026 asked Archadeck for the contact details of previous customers — and got them, then wrote to two. That is the kind of company this Burlington outfit is: decks, porches and sunrooms and nothing else, a design process that starts in 3D, and a paper trail people are comfortable checking. The work leans toward jobs with a problem in them. In a 2025 review, a screened porch, deck and patio went in over the summer and fall of 2024 despite parts of the old septic system sitting under the old deck. In a 2023 review, a three-season porch needed a complicated roofline tie-in, room dimensions maximised inside zoning setbacks, and the existing house gutters joined to the new addition. In a 2024 review, a porch on an 1855 house that was peeling away from the building was rebuilt to keep the period look. Another 2025 customer was walked through a long process with the local Conservation Commission. Most projects start at a design meeting. Krisoula and Larry come up by name again and again — options, materials, drawings. In a 2022 review, a customer said the 3D renderings were exactly how the deck came out. In a 2024 review, another had an old pressure-treated deck replaced with a much larger TimberTech one and an open porch enclosed as a three-season room, with all the permitting handled for them. They also come back. In a 2023 review, a homeowner whose mahogany deck Archadeck had built eleven years earlier needed age-related repairs and had them done in an afternoon, at a price they called very reasonable. Two accounts pull the other way. In a 2021 review, a customer happy with the finished result said getting there was painful and the job ran three months late, that the up-front communication they had asked for never came, and that the person meant to advocate for them was absent. In a 2024 review, a homeowner whose deck was built before the pandemic wished the composite decking had been picture-framed, since the board ends are still visible. Its Massachusetts construction supervisor licence is active on the state registry, held by Michael A Chaisson, and the BBB grade is A+. Google shows 4.7 stars across 89 ratings and Houzz 4.9 from 41. For a deck, a screened porch, or turning one into a three- or four-season room — especially on a site with a septic line, a tricky roofline or a conservation overlay — this is a direct call. Put the schedule and the check-in cadence in the contract in writing, and settle the decking edge detail, picture-framed or not, at design time rather than on site.
We are very happy with our new three-season porch, which was designed and built by Archadeck of Suburban Boston. Every step of the process, from initial design consultations with Larry through to finished construction, went smoothly - on time and budget and with no surprises. Mike and the team were very professional and easy to work with. The workmanship is stellar, and we appreciated the hard work, professionalism and care taken by the crew during construction. The porch is beautiful and fits organically with our 100-year old home - we just love it! We would gladly recommend Archadeck to anyone looking for a new deck, porch or other outside project.
I hired Archadeck to replace an existing deck. They did a great job and gave me ideas on improvements that I would have never thought of. The deck is solid and should last a very long time.
Archadeck is the most thorough contractor I have ever hired. Their attention to detail is amazing and they were extremely responsive to any questions or requests that I had. Before I signed the contract, I asked for contact information on previous customers. I wrote to two of them and within a couple of hours I received responses from both with glowing praise for the work Achadeck had done. Everything they said they would do, they did. I have no hesitation recommending them.

I highly recommend Archadeck of Boston! When my husband and I wanted to convert our deck to a 3 season room, we found them through all the great reviews. Krisoula followed up with us pretty quickly and from there it was a seamless process. Everyone at Archadeck was professional, attentive and easy to work with. The room came out gorgeous and everything that we wanted. Highly recommend them for your deck, porch, etc project! True professionals.
