Cap Construction & Remodel is a Greater Boston remodeling contractor whose site lists home remodels, additions, decks and patios, painting and siding, snow removal, and kitchen and bathroom work. The website gives a Billerica address and describes licensed, insured professionals; BBB separately lists Cap Construction and Remodel in Watertown and says the business has been operating for eight years. The 2025 Google record is small but detailed: homeowners describe an attic remodel into a bedroom and bath, new siding, a front-porch deck, a basement staircase rebuild, a bathroom vanity with plumbing, and an exterior door and frame. They repeatedly mention careful cleanup, punctual crews, clear communication, responsiveness, and Corey Parks's hands-on involvement. One reviewer specifically says the porch structure was extremely well built, while another describes skilled carpenters and plumbers handling several projects. Before booking, confirm the business address and the exact scope of licensing and insurance for your project. BBB shows a B- grade and non-accredited status, while the available customer comments are strongly favorable; the sample covers seven reviews from 2025, so ask for a current proposal, schedule, warranty terms, and references for comparable work. They appear best suited to homeowners seeking a hands-on remodeler for carpentry-led renovations, decks, siding, or additions. Confirm who will supervise the work, which trades are subcontracted, and how permits and cleanup will be handled.
I would like to share what a great experience it was working with CAP Construction. They did an attick remodel into a master bedroom and bath and I am so pleased with the outcome. More specifically, I'd like to highlight not only how professional the owner was but how much I depended on his insight. He really understood what I was looking for. He also made sure I met his team who were all professional and kind. They were always on time, considerate, and made sure to keep the area clean during and after the day's work. Corey was the best. He was patient and helpful throughout the process. He was a man of his word and provided advice that was in line with my goals. I would contract with him again with no hesitation.
Corey is great to work with. He responds quickly to every request, is reliable, and communicates thoughtfully and honestly about every decision and option. Very knowledgeable.
I had been wanting to get new siding on my house for a very long time. When I was finally ready to get the job done, CAP construction was recommended to me. I’m so glad they were because I could not have been happier. Cory, his Dad and the rest of the team sent to my house were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They made sure I got the exact color I wanted which was super important and always kept me informed about any changes that had to be made once started. They came every day and worked full days till the job was done which was also a plus! I get compliments on the siding frequently which makes me happy. Overall my experience was excellent so don’t hesitate any further and book a consult with CAP construction.
Very responsive, knowledgable and ready to do any job you throw at him! Highly recommend for any job big or small
We have had Corey and his company (Cap Construction & Remodel) do several projects and have been very satisfied each time. They are very professional and knowledgeable and very pleasant to interact with.
