We utilized Arnold Refrigeration for a difficult instillation in an older home. They worked up a perfect layout, executed the plan seamlessly and were always super quick to answer any questions. The system is wonderful and utilizing this company was the best for pricing as well as quality. We ended up doing three more full house installs in family members homes. Timelines were accurate and the work was again top notch! Thank you and cheers to a comfortable summer!

Called to have maintenance done on a Refridgerator that was running a little hotter than normal. After having them come out to “fix” the problem it now runs 10 degrees hotter then before they came to help. After calling to have him come back he explained “I think you should call another company”, and left us high and dry. I would not recommend this service.

I won't use anyone else for all our heating, air conditioning, and HVAC servicing. They are QUALITY customer service driven. The tech's and employees are caring, compassionate, & very knowledgeable in their field. They have integrity and compassion. They won't sell you what you don't need. We will always use them.

Furnace quit w/o apparent reason one 20-something morning. Arnold's office manager Kerry answered immediately, contacted Bob & returned my call within 10 min. Bob Arnold was out within the hour he promised & had it running again in 10 min. Apparently a small glitch but electronic ignitions & multiple sensors are beyond me. Their price is 1/2 of the gas company's & he won't bill until we're sure it's fixed right. Great to work with a local business that is so concerned about quality & friendly to boot. They have my highest recommendation.

Cannot say enough about how great this company is, I am the caretaker of a scout camp and from the office staff to the owner who comes to fix my equipment. They are friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and never overcharge. I would highly recommend to any business or residential customer
