Tom Arnold of Arnold appliance repair is one of the good guys. I had a broken refrigerator and he came out the next day to check it out. He thought he had the answer to the problem and ordered the part. Turned out the problem was different. He again ordered the correct part at no charge. We then learned that that part was no longer available and my refrigerator was not repairable. Tom refunded my money for the unnecessary part. Of course he could not return the part to the wholesaler because it was now used. So he himself ate the cost. I never expected it. I will use him in the future. He’s honest.

John did a great job! He diagnosed my stove problem and got it back up and running. I would highly recommend him!

I just had my leaky refrigerator fixed by John. He was extremely thorough, knowledgable, professional and personable (fairly priced to boot). He was able to get out to our house quickly to resolve the issue as well. I will be using John for all of my small appliance needs in the future. Thank you again.

OMG , John was unbelievable. Very knowledgeable.he cam the same day revealed him .had order a part got it in one day and a half he'd to send away for it .Had a little issue but he figured it out. John did a FANTASTIC job on our freezer! Fixed it quickly and the price was so fair! Not only did he do a great job, John was so nice and personable. At the same time professional! Thanks John! We have a freezer back!
