I was having washing machine problems and called Frank. We spent 45 minutes on the phone to troubleshoot the problem. Turned out we got it fixed, without him even having to come out. No charge and my washer works now! Now that’s old school.

Calling both landline and cell proved exceptionally friendly and responsive. No nonsense, quick and efficient work. Resourceful in finding a unique dishwasher and OEM parts for other appliances. Certainly earns their 5-star review.

Frank called said he was ahead of time could he come early, I was like sure ! He was a very polite young man. He fixed my gas range and washer. Was Pleasant the whole time. I was pleased with his work and price. I will def use them again
