He showed up early. He was polite professional and reasonably priced. Bruce took his time and didn't cut any corners. Mr. Goutier was extremely knowledgeable and answered all question myself or Real Estate Agent asked. Because of his inspection I was able to get THOUSANDS of dollars back to compensate for major repairs the average set of eyes wouldn't be able to see. I highly recommend Bruce and will use him again,
