Arrow Property Services is a family-owned Woburn exterior-cleaning company — soft washing, power washing, window cleaning, gutter and roof cleaning — run hands-on by owner Victor (also called JV Cruz), and reviews going back to 2022 describe a crew that treats a wash job like a full restoration rather than a quick rinse. The specifics repeat across dozens of reviews: a garden shed and 24-year-neglected teak patio furniture brought back to life, a 10-year-old fence power-washed to look brand new, moss and mold cleared off roofs (including a vintage clay-tile roof soft-washed without disturbing the tiles), and gutters that get a second look and a free cleanup when the crew spots a clog nobody asked about. Reviewers describe a level of care that goes past the job itself — cones set out to protect the street, booties worn indoors, a schedule rearranged around a homeowner's real-estate photo shoot rather than the crew's usual order of operations. Victor himself shows up in review after review — quoting jobs on the spot after noticing a neighbor's house needed work, staying on site working alongside his crew, and, in one widely-praised account, offering free snow shoveling to anyone in need during a major January storm rather than charging for it. Worth knowing: a 2022 one-star review, from someone who says they were not a customer, describes witnessing an employee toss trash from the passenger window of a company truck and disputes the honesty of the owner's response to the original post. It's an outlier against three-plus years of otherwise uniformly positive accounts, but it's a specific, dated claim worth being aware of. The company describes itself as family-owned with 15 years in business and Soft Certified through Softwash Systems. Recent activity has stayed light but positive — three reviews in the last six months, none negative — consistent with a steady stream of repeat and referral business going back to 2022.
