Fish Window Cleaning's Woburn location is the local face of a national window-washing franchise, working out of 215 Salem St for houses and small businesses across the North Shore. A 2013 Patch article marked owner Paul Pierce's ten years running the operation, describing him serving “the north shore and south shore of Boston” out of two offices — the only history to go on, and now well over a decade old. The volume backing it is current: 208 reviews since 2021 across four platforms, 37 of them in just the last six months with none negative, and a 4.9-star average on Google from 414 ratings. Its BBB profile carries an A+ grade for the same work — windows, gutters, skylights, construction cleanups. What comes through review after review is less a slogan than a roster of names: Aneudy, Alex and William, David, Beto and Carlos, among many others, get called out again and again for showing up on time, working quietly around people on video calls, and leaving windows, sills and screens spotless. Several customers describe ten- and twenty-year relationships with the crew coming back every year for the same job. It isn't flawless everywhere. A 2025 review described a visit as sloppy, disruptive and messy, with a couple of windows missed outright. A 2024 review told a more pointed story: a crew said one window couldn't be cleaned because a stain sat between the panes and charged extra to finish the rest, but the customer later scraped the mark off the outside herself — worth asking how a crew handles that kind of on-site call before agreeing to an add-on charge. Gutter cleaning comes up almost as often as windows — several customers hired the crew for gutters alone, sometimes paired with clearing leaves off the roof — and skylights and screens get mentioned too. For a straightforward exterior wash, the record here runs deep and is mostly positive; just get any on-site add-on charge spelled out before the crew starts.

Website is excellent, scheduling was easy and the window cleaners were polite, hard woking and did an excellent job. Very satisfied with the service and the result.
Good work
David from Fish Window Cleaning did an outstanding job! The windows look great! He washed all windows on the first and second floor inside and out. He was able to do all of that from the inside since the windows tilted in. He also wiped the screens and the sills. He also washed the windows on three storm doors on the first floor. The windows look great and he was very professional. We highly recommend David and Fish Window Cleaning.
