Arzillo Construction

Arzillo Construction works out of 64 Willow Rd in Nahant, where BuildZoom files it under the town's general contractors and lists it with Steve Arzillo at 781-581-8802. The paperwork is the first thing to settle. On the Massachusetts state registry, the company's home improvement contractor registration — #105896 — is expired. BuildZoom also lists a construction supervisor licence, #CS-044537, for the business; its standing is a question for the state's Department of Public Safety register. If you are weighing Arzillo for a job on the North Shore, open with the registrations: ask whether both have been renewed, ask for a certificate of current liability insurance, and get the scope and price in writing before anyone starts.
