M.S. Construction is Mario Spinucci's Nahant remodeling company, and it says he started it in 1985 with "just a few guys and a truck." It describes itself as specializing in renovating older homes, and also builds new homes and additions, kitchens and baths, decks, roofing and siding, and built-in cabinetry. In a May 2021 Google review, a customer said Mario and his team installed their new kitchen and called him a perfectionist. Google shows 3 stars from two ratings. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #104872, is expired on the state registry. The company's site also lists Construction Supervisor licence #046132.
