Best plumber ever!! Danny F was awesome
Extremely disappointing experience with Astacio Plumbing, especially for a company that presents itself as available for emergencies. We have tried calling them several times for after-hours plumbing emergencies, and tonight was the final straw. We had sewage actively backing up into our shower and called for emergency service. We were told the soonest they could come was Monday. For an active sewer backup, that is simply not acceptable emergency service. What made the experience even worse was the phone system. Instead of being able to quickly speak with someone who understood the urgency of sewage backing up into a home, we were routed through what appeared to be an AI/automated system. During a real plumbing emergency, it was frustrating, impersonal, and completely ineffective. If you advertise emergency or after-hours service, customers should reasonably expect an actual emergency response when sewage is entering their home. Unfortunately, based on our repeated experiences, Astacio has not provided that.
My first review was based on the installation that I thought was done correctly. After a year and nine months dealing with this company, I decided to leave a one-star review. If I could go lower, I would. I will provide an update soon. - Ms. John
Calverton Duffus is the best
Best service I have had in any capacity in years. Period! No need for me to go into details The service was great from top to bottom, from the person who picked up the phone to the tech. Wonderful experience!… ADDED POST SERVICE The now have AI answer service calls and it is extremely frustrating to accomplish anything on that call. Really miss the human element when needed.
