Atlas Energies, LLC

Repairing an existing solar array is a recurring job for Atlas Energies, alongside new panels and battery storage. The company says it serves Cape Cod and the South Shore, handling residential and business solar installations, EV chargers and electrical service upgrades. It reports 10 years in business. Paul McGrath is named in customer accounts, including a 2024 review that described him as a hands-on owner involved in design and construction. Recent customers describe work on systems already installed on their homes. A July 2026 Google reviewer said Paul and Atlas repaired and restored more than 30 panels at a Cape Cod house, bringing the system back to full effectiveness. That customer praised their punctuality and communication. In June 2026, another homeowner described having panels removed and reassembled while a new roof was installed; the reviewer said Paul arrived when scheduled, kept them informed and charged reasonable fees. A May 2026 customer also described an installation completed as ordered and on time, with a reasonable estimate. New installations feature in older accounts as well. In a December 2025 review, a customer described a combined solar and battery storage project. They said Paul explained the options and had the system operating ahead of year end so they could obtain federal credits. An August 2025 customer wrote about an EV charger installation and Paul's patience while explaining its features. The solar panels and batteries mentioned later in that review were still planned. Customers have also called Atlas when solar equipment stopped working. A March 2026 reviewer described diagnosis and repair of a production outage. In June 2025, another said Paul worked with them for weeks, stayed in contact and saw the issue through before billing. A July 2023 reviewer described an evaluation of solar panels installed in Yarmouth in 2006, together with the home's battery backup system. They praised the thorough evaluation and quick answers after the report was issued. Atlas's Massachusetts electrician license and home improvement contractor registration are active. Google shows a 5-star average from 17 ratings. A June 2023 customer said the team diagnosed an issue the day after contact, worked with the solar supplier to replace defective parts and handled warranty paperwork.
