Avanti Remodeling

Avanti Remodeling, doing business under Avanti Contracting, is a Massachusetts home-improvement outfit based in Everett, founded by Frank D'Assis with José Sobrinho as a partner, according to the company. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, verified under Avanti Remodeling LLC. The written record is short but consistent: two reviews, both about kitchen work. In a 2025 Google review, a homeowner names Frank and Jose directly, calling the team respectful and professional and noting the kitchen remodel finished on time despite pandemic delays. A 2025 Thumbtack review of a separate kitchen renovation calls the rates competitive and the crew professional. The company's own site lists a broader menu — additions, decks, interior renovations, window replacements, and bathroom remodels — alongside the kitchen work reviewers describe, though only the kitchen jobs have a written account behind them so far. For a homeowner considering a kitchen remodel or a broader renovation, Avanti's licence is in good standing and the two accounts on record are positive; with so few reviews yet, it's worth asking for recent references on any work outside the kitchen before booking.
